Ingredients
-1 oz Wild Mint Syrup
-1 oz whisky
-1 oz peach juice
-4 oz ginger ale
-1 splash pineapple bitters (it’s just as good with a spiced bitter and a splash of pineapple juice)
-Ice
-Grilled pineapple
Preparation
Grill the pineapple slices on the BBQ and set aside. Place the other ingredients into a glass, add the ice and stir with a spoon. Garnish with several splashes of bitters and slices of grilled pineapple.
