A tropical rum punch with a boreal twist. 🌿 Rum, pineapple and orange meet KWE Sour Cherry Syrup and sea buckthorn to create a fruity, tart and refreshing cocktail. A colourful drink made for keeping summer alive just a little longer.

Ingredients
1 oz rum
1 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
½ oz KWE Sour Cherry Syrup
1 dash sea buckthorn juice
1 oz sparkling water
Ice
Sea buckthorn berries for garnish
Preparation
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, KWE Sour Cherry Syrup and a dash of sea buckthorn juice.
Stir gently, then finish with 1 oz of sparkling water.
Garnish with a few sea buckthorn berries and serve.
