Our kind of cocktail: simple, fresh and incredibly easy to make. Cucumber gin meets KWE Sumacade, bringing together crisp cucumber with the tart notes of sumac and refreshing mint. Two ingredients, plenty of ice and your aperitif is ready.

1½ oz cucumber gin
KWE Sumacade, to top
Ice
1 long cucumber ribbon
Preparation
Using a vegetable peeler, cut a long cucumber ribbon and place it along the inside of a highball glass.
Fill the glass with ice. Add the cucumber gin and top with KWE Sumacade.
Stir gently and serve.
