Here, we wanted to serve you Jean’s version of this good old classic made with gin. We strongly suggest using Violette, a gin from Distillerie Mariana that is sure to pair wonderfully with the floral notes of our Blueberry/Lavender Syrup. This makes for a tasty cocktail that will make you think you’re walking right through a field of flowers!

Ingredients
-1 oz Violette gin from Distillerie Mariana (if you don’t have this, we recommend a delicate gin)
-1 oz Blueberry/Lavender Syrup
-1 oz lemon juice
-Sparkling water (soda water)
-Ice
Preparation
Pour everything into a tall glass (highball) and fill the glass with soda water. Stir, then enjoy.
Serve with a handful of flowers of your choice for an even more olfactory experience :)
