1 oz Cranberry & Fir Syrup
1 egg white or vegan emulsifier (aquafaba recommended)
About 2 oz light tonic soda
Preparation
In a shaker, combine the blood orange juice, lemon juice, and Cranberry & Fir Syrup.
Add the egg white or aquafaba and emulsify for a creamy texture.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Top with light tonic soda.
Tip: For an alcoholic twist, replace the blood orange juice with Aperol for a more complex flavor.
