Mousseux Metis Spritz
This classic Italian cocktail has crossed the ocean to land on Québécois soil; it has become a huge hit in recent years. If it has traveled this far, we might as well give it some local flair!

Ingredients
-1/2 oz Forest Tonic
-1/2 oz citrus liqueur (we really love using Amermelade from Spiritueux d'Iberville)
-Dry sparkling wine (Hungaria has very good value for money without being too sweet)
-Ice
-Slice of orange
Preparation
Place the ice in your glass, add the citrus liqueur and the tonic, then top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of orange.
