Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin (preferably boreal or local)
1 oz dry vermouth
KWE Light Boreal Tonic Soda (to top)
Ice
Garnish: green olive, lemon zest, or rosemary sprig
Preparation
In a mixing glass or an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, pour the gin and vermouth.
Stir gently with a bar spoon to chill.
Top with KWE Light Boreal Tonic Soda.
Garnish with your choice of olive, zest, or herbs.
