Amateurs of Gose (a tart, salty German white beer), we had you in mind when developing this recipe! Here we present you with a small, salty lemonade, a most refreshing drink that will surely become your best friend on hot, sunny days!

Ingredients
-1 oz Wild Mint Syrup
-1 oz gin (we love the Rocher Malin from Distillerie Fils du Roy for its slightly iodized quality)
-Gose (here we use the Gose aux algues from Microbrasserie Riverbend)
-Fleur de sel
-Ice
-Sliced lime
Preparation
First, make a crust of salt on the rim of your glass by dampening it with lime juice and dipping it in the fleur de sel. Then, pour all the ingredients, including ice, into a shaker and shake vigorously. Filter into a glass, add ice and garnish with slices of lime.
