Mousseux Boreal Spritz
Here’s a Québécois version of the traditional Italian recipe for Spritz. Here, we’ve replaced Aperol with our forest tonic, which also contains bitter orange notes.
Let’s hope that mamma doesn’t resent us too much for this!!

Ingredients
-1/2 oz triple sec
-1 1/2 oz Forest Tonic
-1/4 oz orange juice
-Sparkling wine
-Orange bitters (Angostura, etc.)
Preparation
Pour the tonic, triple sec and orange juice into the glass. Top it all up with sparkling wine, along with several drops of orange bitters. Garnish with orange zest and a slice of orange.
