Ingredients
-1/2 to 1 oz (depending on your taste for bitterness) Hopped Boreal Tonic or Forest Tonic
-1 oz of your favourite gin
-Sparkling water
-Ice
-Garnishes of your choice (Let your imagination run wild! Citrus, fresh herbs, fir sprigs, etc.)
-Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
Preparation
Place the tonic syrup and the alcohol in your glass, add ice and then fill with sparkling water. Enhance with a squeeze of lime juice, then decorate with your favourite garnish!
