Every raw material harvested for our products must meet established standards, which are communicated in advance to suppliers and harvesters through our procurement policy. This policy is designed to respect the environment and biodiversity.

Each year, a precise ordering schedule is established to align with optimal and responsible harvesting periods, preventing unnecessary consumption that could harm resource sustainability. We also conduct ongoing strategic monitoring to stay informed of regulatory changes regarding non-timber forest products (NTFPs).

Beyond our commitment to working with local harvesters, we strive to prioritize Quebec-based suppliers and, whenever possible, organic products in our purchases of promotional materials, printing, spirits for our cocktail recipes, and more. Supporting local businesses is a core value of our company.
